The governing body of our school has a history of more than 70 years and has contributed to the field of education in Abeno Ward, one of Osaka's core wards. Our Early Childhood Education Department has earned a deep trust in training kindergarten teachers and nursery school teachers. The local community and society highly regard our education, and our graduates are active in various fields. As a new challenge, we are focusing on ICT education and globalization by establishing the "Japanese Language Preparatory Course,” "Nursing Care Course,” and "EdTech Course DX Global Class.” We aim to accept many international students and contribute to globalization through human resource development in the fields of ICT and healthcare. We hope our students will use the knowledge gained at OCC to work in Japan and worldwide in the future. We offer full support to guide you to employment！

Although we have over 70 years of experience in teaching and training educators, we are opening new courses for international students due to the high demand for global human resources. We actively promote the development of genuinely global human resources with a prosperous international outlook and advanced communication skills. By creating an immersion space through cross-cultural exchange, we offer a variety of programs that enable global professionals and Japanese students to use each other's languages and foster diverse values and problem-solving skills both inside and outside the classroom.

Internal scholarships	OCC’s own scholarship system (Tuition reduction: Maximum tuition assistance rate differs according to the student’s Japanese level. Students who have passed JLPT N2 by the time of admission will receive a 50% reduction in admission fees and tuition. Students who have passed JLPT N3 by the time of admission will receive a 30% reduction of the admission fee and tuition.)

Q1. I'm not a Christian. Can I still apply?

A1. Yes. OCC is not a proselytizing institution; we do not consider nurturing Christians its main goal. We welcome students regardless of their ages, genders, religious beliefs, and races.

Q2. I am not fluent in Japanese. Can I still apply?

A2. Yes, OCC welcomes students with an N5 level of Japanese skill in our “Preparatory Japanese Language Course. “You can improve your Japanese skills, then move up to our "Nursing Care Course” and "EdTech Course DX Global Class.”

Fully furnished student dormitories (off-campus housing) are available for you at the cost of ¥25,000 per month. (AC, bed, desk, chair, cooking utensils, internet connection, etc.)
