We provide all-in-one service of rental housing for students who planned to study in Japan. Not only searching along with customers’ requirement and preference, we will also facilitate all rental process from online viewing, application, to contract explanation in English, Thai and easy Japanese. All students can reserve the room before arrival in Japan. Moreover, aiming for our customers’ convenience, we also provide rental furniture service to be set in the room on the date of arrival. FAQ
A1. We can search all types for long stay more than 1 month. No matter it is normal condominium/mansion, apartments, shared houses, house or monthly apartment.
A2. All rooms we provide do not require any guarantor. We will check all conditions of tenant before introducing to customers. Even you do not have a guarantor, you can rent a place as well.
A3. We suggest one month before moving in. Because VISA, certificate of entry into Japan and certificate of admission published by school are required in screening process.
A4. You can live in your favorite area in Japan with pleasant design of room and many facilities comparing to dormitory that the location is tend to far from school and some may look old and unfavorable.
A5. To reserve a room all we need are Passport, VISA, COE, COA and emergency contact in home country and Japan.
